Admission is the department responsible for processing hospitalization processes for patients with scheduled surgeries and referrals for outpatient services, among other care services.
Admission makes reservations of beds and confirms the assistance of patients the day before surgery.

At the time of admission, the patient or family members must present to the Admission Officer the surgical internment order issued by the doctor, specifying the diagnosis, the name of the procedure to be performed, the code of the procedure, the name of the doctor, the date of the admission and the date of the surgery, the authorization of the ARS and the insurance card, in case the patient is insured and not to be insured must deposit the total amount of the budget.

Documents that are needed at the time of admission:

• Pre-Surgical Cardiovascular Evaluation (Cardiovascular evaluation form).
• Anesthetic Evaluation (Anesthetic evaluation form).
• Order of Income.
• Informed Consent (duly filled).
• Budget with the procedures to be performed.
• Authorization of the surgical procedure by ARS.

The schedule to be admitted to the Admission area is Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 8:00 pm Saturdays from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sundays and holidays 8:00 am to 6:00 pm , outside of these hours the income is made in the Emergency area.
